At Oak & Weston, we stand behind the quality of every belt we make. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

30-DAY RETURN WINDOW

You may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Be in new or gently used condition

  • Include all original packaging and accessories

  • Not show excessive wear, damage, or misuse


HOW TO START A RETURN

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Your full name

  • The reason for your return

Our team will provide instructions for returning your item.


REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 2–5 business days for return processing

  • 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


EXCHANGES

Need a different size, color, or style?

We offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

To request an exchange, contact support@oakandweston.com.


DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

After this period, your order may already be in processing or transit and cancellation may no longer be possible.

To request a cancellation, contact support@oakandweston.com as soon as possible.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Oak & Weston is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate the shipment.


LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Every Oak & Weston belt is backed by our Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects.

This warranty covers:

  • Defects in materials

  • Defects in workmanship

  • Buckle mechanism failures resulting from normal use

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Scratches, cosmetic damage, or aging

  • Improper use or misuse

  • Accidental damage

  • Unauthorized modifications

Warranty claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

To submit a warranty claim, contact support@oakandweston.com with photos and your order information.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items marked as non-returnable

  • Products returned more than 30 days after delivery
